Description
This course provides an overall view of Business Process Management and its impact on modern business management, addressing all the theoretical and practical features of the Process Lifecycle: Diagramming, Modeling, Execution and Monitoring.
It also includes additional training in the Essential Applications of a BPMS, such as: Corporate Intranet integrated in BPMS, Extranet integrated in BPMS, Corporate Document Management integrated in BPMS, Content Management, Online Commerce and Business Rules.
Training System:
– The theoretical aspects are explained using slides
– This theory is also demonstrated in the application
– The acquired knowledge is put into practice by performing exercises
– Practices are held in the students’ local facilities or in the Training School facilities
The course evaluation will be continuous. Those students who complete the course successfully will be awarded ‘AuraPortal Consultant‘.
People who achieve the certification will be able to perform consulting services for AuraPortal BPMS software in companies and organizations internationally.
