Until 2010, after seven years of using a system called EIS software, most procedures were performed manually, not automatically. There was no control over our records and document management was not integrated. Any additional documentation had to be handed in in person and obtaining information was complicated due to the variety of applications it could be obtained from. Far too much paper documentation was generated.
In 2007, as part of its commitment to excellence and continuous improvement of organizational processes, Fundación Séneca began an assessment of several BPM suites.
