About Crosland & the Project
Crosland selected the AuraPortal solution to automate its processes used by customers from various sectors, ranging from very large organizations to small and medium-sized companies, leveraging AuraPortal’s great capacity for flexibility and scalability.
The Challenge
Following the implementation of SAP R / 3 in the company, some processes and activities resulted problematic. It was important to have easy-to-use transactions, to establish automated process flows, to reduce time spent on low-value-added work such as sending notifications of pending activities, to significantly reduce the number of errors in information entry, and to significantly reduce paper usage. The most important objective was to increase employee productivity.
The Solution
The transformation began with the Management of the requirements for the Travel and Representation Expenses process, to replace transactions in ERP and automate the flow of the entire process from the payment request to accounting records of the settlement. This process was chosen because of the impact it would have on the organization. After evaluating the impact of the first process implemented in AuraPortal, we continued with other processes in the areas of Importation and Human Resources. We are currently developing the Procurement process in AuraPortal.
