Following various initiatives to automate specific processes within the company, BDO Argentina’s consultancy team chose AuraPortal to execute this ambitious project, on discovering its agile and simple platform that allowed the design, development and implementation of automated processes without the need for any programming.
It was necessary to improve communications between human resources and all staff and to facilitate remote access to the documentation involved in projects. Information was centralized on archive servers that could only be accessed via VPN.
The implementation of AuraPortal solved various problems by automating the following processes: Request for travel expense payment and allocation and Monitoring of Commercial Opportunities (MCO).
