The special characteristic of AuraPortal of integrating the Workflow of BPM Processes with the Document Management will permit the Reports Office to normalize the routes of certain types of documentation that are generated and are circulating for revision and approval inside the Ministry. Also, both the external users as well as the general public can consult the Resolutions and the Decrees generated in the Ministry, on applying the new Law of Transparency.
Using the Process Management Suite (BPM) of AuraPortal for Public Administration. The processes of the internal administrative function are managed, as well as the communication with the exterior and the document archive. All this in electronic support.
3. Document Handling.
This solution offers one of the most complete systems for
managing documents and the contents digitally, as well
