Any informative support is considered to be documentation:

or databases.
All the content of AuraPortal BPM is stored in
a powerful MS SQL Server database manager. By using one
unique and organized source, the personnel
and external collaborators have available and can
share the information, increasing the knowledge and reducing
repetition of tasks.
Based on Microsoft SharePoint and substantially improved,
it offers one of the most complete systems for handling
documents and their cycles (Archives, Approval, Versions,
Digital Signature, Subscriptions to alerts, Search by
content, Discussions, Audit trails, etc.).
The day to day workflow (tasks) will be in charge of these

documents created with Corel, Macromedia, Adobe,
AutoCAD, etc. as well as images photographs and URL
addresses.
