In AuraPortal the Business Rules are handled
as a family, together with the other eight families of
Employees, Processes, Free Tasks, Documents, Accounts,
Items, Projects and Areas. Therefore, the Rules family has a
structured treatment in Classes and Branches of the Tree
which gives it a powerful mechanism for creation, edition,
classification, filtered searches, recuperation,
modification, exhibition, diffusion, impression, etc. of its
elements.
This allows the Rules family to be used in the company or
organization, not only as a complementary device to the
Processes, but also as a place for storing procedures,
functionality rules, manuals for use, queries, etc. that
have to do with the general functioning of the enterprise,
and all centralized and with the corresponding permissions
that limit access to the different employees depending on
their function or range.
Although here no detail is given about the optimum structure
of the Rules family, it is very interesting to take into
account how useful is the specific use of the Rules in the
Processes.
This family, next to the possibility to link documents to
libraries, offers the most powerful system that is
centralized and protected.
In the AuraPortal system the Business Rules

b) Mechanical (Automatic).
