-
Easy to use. Very easy to learn. In only one day, the workflow users
learn how to use it
correctly.
-
Classes. The Free Tasks are organized by Classes and these are located in a
tree of Classes of Free Tasks
which is unique for the
whole workflow system.
-
Task Natures. The system combines the Process Activities (Tasks and Subprocesses)
with the Free Tasks
Platform.
-
Templates. Any task, both from the Process and the Free Workflow,
have working instructions for
the executor, as well as
templates, forms, documents
and other linked elements
that will help execution.
-
Comment Logs. Keeps a registered history of all the actions and
commentaries introduced by
each executor for reclain each task.
-
Flow actions. The task flow is carried out by way of the
actions send,
reply, process,
return , delegate,
reclaim,
keep in latent state and
others.
-
Privacy. The task flow is protected by a security system that
assures that only people
with permission can access
at any moment the filtered
tasks.
-
Links. Each task can be linked unlimitedly to: other tasks, employees,
documents and forms,
accounts, items, projects
and areas, which allows for
the development of an
enlarged
business process management
system.
-
Priority. The tasks have indicators of relative priority (3
levels) and range (90 levels),
this last one is so the user
can organize the whole of
his tasks by his personal
criteria.
-
Date control. Each task accepts date and time indication
for start-up and end, both
foreseen and real.
-
Costs and Revenues. An exhaustive costs and revenues control
can be undertaken by tasks,
with manual or automatic
introduction of costs and
revenues associated to each
action of the task.
-
Projects. Both the Process and the tasks can be grouped by
projects or dossiers and the
costs can be accumulated in
them.
-
Plan. There is a planning task kept automatically using a Gantt
graphic.
-
Multiple Tasks. Tasks can be assigned to groups of users,
both individually and as a
group.
-
Observers. There can be observers who receive tasks as information
without acting on them.
These observers can be
visible or hidden.
-
External Workflow. There are flows that are carried out with
tasks that are assigned to
or come from external users
(clients, suppliers, agents,
etc.). These tasks are
included in a different
system with the logical
security system, although
integrated in the general
AuraPortal BPMS whole. This allows the external users,
through
AuraPortal BPMS External Portal or the Web Site, to participate in the
workflow, establishing sure
communications channels of
any kind and for
electronic commerce. The
External Portals (as many as
needed), are created by the
AuraPortal BPMS user simply using the configurator that is
supplied with the
application.
-
Flexibility and Audits. All the AuraPortal BPMS
workflow, even with its
automation and devices is
very flexible and allows amendments to be done.
However, these amendments
are included in the comment
log which cannot be
changed. This permits later
audits and analysis.
