On designing these general administration Processes of the entity, the Care policies are taken into account, including their fulfillment in the tasks to be carried out and that count on their corresponding Business Rules, both textual (instructions in the tasks that are carried out by people) as those that are automatic (that the system executes without the intervention of people). This way, the system induces the fulfillment of the rules and what has been earmarked for eCare, as it marks the steps to follow.

So, just at the right moment, the corresponding actions will start automatically assuring the strict observance, with the logical reduction of risk, work (cost) and reply times.

Structured Information

Incidents, reclamations, technical and administrative queries, suggestions, etc., but also the rest of the activities, services givens, invoice and payment cycles, purchase or service orders, etc. are generated in their origin and, using the Processes, will continue through the diverse phases of maturation until its complete resolution.

All the information will be updated automatically after it is finished, having available, not only the usual information (data files, texts, images, audio, video, etc.) and statistics, but also the history of actions carried out by and for the patients, external collaborators and employees: calls, visits, diagnostics, treatments, queries, complaints and claims, services used and products consumed, interest shown for a determined type of product/ service, evaluation of the quality, price or service, etc.
