Maintenance

The Maintenance service has two components:

  • Delivery, without charge, of every future update. These updates include ‘service packs’ ‘releases’, and new versions of the same product.
  • Technical Assistance to Customers (SAT), which provides support to customers in order to help them use the system.

The SAT Team consists of locally and internationally experienced senior consultants and technician specialists.

AuraPortal aims to provide the best possible service to all our customers, and therefore services processes are always reviewed in order to see if they could be improved anywhere.

We measure our customer satisfaction against an EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) model, and we also work under the international standard ISO 9001 for quality management. This provides a framework for every employee, team, department and business area to achieve continuous improvement.
