2010

• AuraPortal has been established as a bicephalous company with the headquarters split between USA (Boston) and Europe (Holland) whereas its software development facilities are mainly concentrated in Spain and India.
• AuraPortal pioneers the new revolution of CRM based in BPM processes. This is the future for CRM activities and AuraPortal has been the first to address this trend.
• A new development line called Universal Platform is added with the goal of offering AuraPortal in any platform (Java, Open Source, Microsoft, Linux) by 2011. Also, the present integration of PDAs and Smartphones like Blackberry, iPhone, iPad, etc. as terminals of the BPMS system are enhanced. This will extend the suitability of AuraPortal to any environment.
• Contacts with companies covering the Middle East and Arabic-speaking countries and China are in progress.

2011

• Launching of the Universal Platform of AuraPortal. This will allow working in any environment and operating system like Windows, Linux, Mac, etc. and native interaction with databases like Oracle, SQL Server, IBM, ODBC, etc.
• Increase the presence in APAC (Asia - Pacific) region through strategy agreements with local companies in China, Singapore and Australia.
• The planning for the end of the year is to increase the number of customers working with AuraPortal by 40% over the previous year.
• Opening of 10 new AuraPortal Official Training Centers worldwide.

2012

• In the beginning of the year AuraPortal will open a new office in Singapore to support the APAC (Asia - Pacific) region.
• The goal for the end of the year 2012 is to surpass the figure of 1,000 important customers working with AuraPortal.
