Dr. Juan J. Trilles is Ph. D. in Engineering and Science and Master in Business Administration. In 1981 he founded Dimoni Software, which became a very respected software company. In 2001, after selling Dimoni, he founded AuraPortal and today acts primarily as Chief Software Architect.

Dr. Trilles has published several books, essays and articles related to Business Management and has been invited to give many speeches on Enterprise Technology Innovation, such as “Domain Cellular Accounting” at the Business Congress in Byelorussia in 1998.

The CEO Committee is a team integrated by three top executives of the company as detailed below.

Mr. Scott Rich has over 30 years of experience in the business application and high technology field including work with both multi-national Fortune 500 and entrepreneurial start-up companies, serving in leadership roles in sales, marketing, professional services, business development, and product management. Before becoming Head of AuraPortal Headquarters in USA he has held vice president of sales and marketing and business development positions with Infor Global Solutions, Lilly Software Inc., National Transaction Network, Inc., and director level marketing, business development, professional services and product management positions with Dun & Bradstreet Software, Geac, Wang Laboratories, Inc., Computer Associates International, and AHP Software GmbH. He is also a graduate of the University of New Hampshire.

Dr. Lammert J.J. Hoeve, born in 1952, finished his pharmacy study at the University of Leiden in 1976. In his days he was the youngest pharmacist in Holland. During his starting years as a pharmacist, he wrote a software program for pharmacies which in the end formed the basis of one of the most used pharmacy software packages in Holland. Later on, he became CEO of a health insurance company and became the founder of a number of companies in Holland, amongst others Medizorg Holding and AuraPortal Benelux.

Mr. Pablo Trilles is a specialist in Sales and Marketing Management, graduated from the ESIC University in 1999. After being in charge of Sales at Samadi Consulting for several years, he joined AuraPortal in 2004 as Large Account Sales Responsible. One year later he became responsible in charge of Marketing and Sales and in 2007 he was appointed Vice-President for all Commercial Activities and member of the CEO Committee.

Born in 1976. After graduating in Business Administration in ESIC School of Business, worked organizing several Real Estate companies and in 2004 joined AuraPortal, where she was in charge of the deployment of the Intranet, Document Handling and Workflow for the company. In 2007 she was appointed Vice President responsible for Consultancy and Training in AuraPortal and later she became COO.

Mr. Orovio has large experience in the Information Technologies area. In 1979 he supervised the Technological Lab of the Catalonia Energy provider LECSA. As an expert development analyst, he was hired by the awarded ERP developer company Dimoni Software, where he was the Technical Director until AuraPortal offered him the CTO position in 2004.

Ms. Puig was in the eighties appointed as CFO of the Marina Hotels Group. After eight years, she was hired by Ros Chemists S.L., where she was in charge of all financial and human resources matters. She joined AuraPortal´s team in 2005, where, due to her valuable experience, was appointed Chief Financial Officer.

Ms. Kern is an expert in Sales Techniques and Negotiation. In 1994 she was hired by the International Stores Chain El Barato to supervise the sales department. Later she became the General Manager. In 2004 she joined AuraPortal´s team as responsible of the Channel Sales area and later took the responsibility of supervising the whole sales force operations reporting directly to the Commercial VP.

Mr. Menezes has a sound academic background with several degrees on Enterprise Management and IT in Universities of various countries. He has imparted courses on quality control and Business Process Management (BPM) in Brazil prior joining AuraPortal´s team, where has been responsible for mission critical projects with relevant customers. Today he supervises the seamless collaboration and synergy between commercial actions and related consulting works.

Ms. Hoeve (1980) graduated in Marketing Management in 2001 after which she began her study Law at the University of Leiden. With energy provider Eneco she gained 5 years of valuable experience as Account Manager of large government accounts. In 2008 she joined AuraPortal's team where it is her job to develop AuraPortal in the European market.
