The Documental Management in AuraPortal BPMS is the same as Microsoft SharePoint but improved by some features to facilitate its use and extend the possibilities of connecting with other informative elements.

SharePoint control of documents is one of the most powerful, comprehensive and flexible that can be found  and also counts on the advantage of being Microsoft, which guarantees, both the optimization inside the Windows operating system as well as future developments of the highest level.   1. Automatic creation of libraries. Their automatic creation and classified storing is an exclusive AuraPortal BPMS tool.
     

  2. Large capacity. It supports a practically unlimited number of documents: up to 2 million documents per library and up to 1,000 libraries. All this in one Site. If it should be necessary, more Sites can be created in AuraPortal BPMS.

  9. Subscription. If a document in a library is modified, the system sends an automatic notification to all the users included in the list of subscribers to this library so that they can revise the new document.
     

  10. Versions. There is an automatic version follow up if so desired.
     

  11. Discussions. It is also possible for various users to discuss a document while it is being developed.
